By creating an account or using NivoltPay's wallet, VTU, or agent services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.
You must provide accurate registration information and complete required identity verification (including BVN, where applicable) before certain wallet limits or agent tiers are unlocked. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Wallet balances reflect funds available for purchases of airtime, data, bills and related services. Transactions are processed via third-party VTU/payment providers; NivoltPay is not liable for delays or failures caused by those providers, though reasonable efforts are made to reconcile and refund failed transactions.
Agents and sub-agents earn commission according to the tier structure and rates published in-app, which may be updated from time to time. Commission eligibility is subject to accurate KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
NivoltPay provides its services on an "as available" basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party provider outages, or user error.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in suspected fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
